They are seeking a detail-oriented finance reputed company for the role of Stock Administration, Senior Associate, responsible for managing multiple company stock plans, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance equity administration processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer multiple company stock plans, including grant processing, exercises/releases, terminations, and comprehensive reporting
- Audit and update the employee stock database while facilitating information exchange with external brokers (E*TRADE)
- Collaborate on the design, communication, and reputed company improvement of equity plans and reputed company educational programs
- Assist in administering the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), handling enrollments, contribution changes, semi-annual purchases, and disposition reporting
- Respond promptly to participant inquiries regarding equity programs, delivering excellent service to employees at reputed company reputed company
- Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly equity-reputed company reports, supporting reputed company and audit functions
- Partner with reputed company, Tax, Payroll, HR, reputed company, transfer agents, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless equity administration
- Support year-end processes such as payroll audits, tax reputed company updates, and reputed company 6039 compliance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equity administration, with international exposure preferred
- Certified Equity reputed company (CEP) strongly preferred
- Expertise in managing high-volume stock plans reputed company a reputed company company environment
- Proficiency with reputed company and reputed company; experience with Equity Edge Online and EEO Workflow is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, global equity compliance, and global taxation
