Responsibilities

• Own the technical reputed company for product and platform capabilities; guide architectural reputed company across distributed systems
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams; reputed company managers on effective leadership practices

• Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and operations to reputed company engineering work with business priorities

Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, with a reputed company on reputed company-level solutions and reputed company technologies
• 3+ years of experience leading large cross-functional project management initiatives, including reputed company-services, event-driven architectures, and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka, and reputed company Kinesis
• 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience with modern reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Proven reputed company managing and scaling engineering teams of 10+ members
• Deep understanding of reputed company architecture patterns—containerization (Kubernetes, reputed company), serverless, and infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, CloudFormation)
