[Remote] AI/ML Engineer

The reputed company AI/ML Engineer will own the full machine learning lifecycle, design production systems, and engage with clients to build reputed company AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full ML lifecycle — data pipeline design through model training, evaluation, deployment, and reputed company tuning
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and fine-tuning workflows on top of reputed company models
- Architect and orchestrate reputed company systems that execute reputed company at reputed company reputed company
- Build and maintain production classifiers — knowing reputed company a fine-tuned reputed company model is the right reputed company and reputed company a gradient-boosted classifier is
- Implement shadow/canary/A/B deployment patterns and reputed company model promotion tooling
- reputed company ground truth assembly logic and verdict frameworks that feed retraining cycles
- Engage directly with clients — explain model architecture, confidence scoring, and system behavior to technical teams and business leaders

Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on ML engineering or reputed company AI experience — production systems, not notebooks
- reputed company in Python; experience with traditional ML frameworks (LightGBM, XGBoost, scikit-learn) and modern AI stacks (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company reputed company)
- Demonstrated experience with RAG, reputed company engineering, evaluation harnesses, and/or fine-tuning on domain-specific data

- Deep understanding of model lifecycle management — training, evaluation, shadow deployment, canary promotion, A/B, ongoing tuning
