Responsibilities

- Resolve benefit issues by partnering closely with teammates, brokers, carriers, and vendors
- Administer leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and other external partners
- Recommend improvements to benefits and people policies based on teammate feedback, operational insights, and evolving business needs
- Own the day-to-day administration of people systems, including reputed company and reputed company people technology platforms
- Ensure people systems, teammate records, workflows, and documentation remain accurate, organized, and up to date
- Document, maintain, and continuously improve people processes to support consistency and reputed company
- Maintain SOC-reputed company people operations controls and documentation

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in people operations, reputed company, teammate experience, benefits administration, HR compliance, or a closely reputed company operational role
- Strong experience administering employee benefits and supporting teammates through benefit questions, life events, and leave administration
- Experience managing people systems and maintaining accurate teammate records and workflows
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors, brokers, and service providers
- Working knowledge of reputed company practices, employment law, HR compliance, accommodations, documentation standards, and leave administration
- Experience documenting and improving operational processes in a growing organization
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
