[Remote] Director of Education & Events
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Director of Education & Events for the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) to reputed company the planning and execution of accredited and non-accredited educational programs for physicians and reputed company across Ohio. The role involves managing educational programs from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with ACCME accreditation, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the planning and execution of accredited and non-accredited educational programs, conferences, webinars, and specialty society meetings
- Partner with physicians, planning committees, specialty societies, and speakers to reputed company educational content, annual meetings, and learning opportunities
- Own the full event lifecycle, including reputed company, venues, registration, audiovisual needs, food and beverage, marketing coordination, and onsite execution
- Maintain OSMA's ACCME accreditation and serve as the organization's reputed company resource for CME compliance, reporting, and continuing education credit processes
- reputed company and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support reputed company reputed company through sponsors, exhibitors, and educational partnerships
- Build relationships with physicians, specialty societies, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and other stakeholders

- Collaborate with OSMA staff and cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and member engagement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five to seven years of experience in continuing education, event management, association management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience planning and managing continuing education programs, conferences, meetings, or webinars
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and reputed company
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and virtual meeting platforms such as reputed company or GoToWebinar
- Ability to work independently and successfully in a remote environment
- Experience managing ACCME-accredited CME programs, including accreditation compliance, reporting, and CME program administration preferred
- Experience working with medical associations, specialty societies, reputed company organizations, physicians, sponsors, exhibitors, and familiarity with the PARS reporting system is a plus
