The role involves assessing impacts on the existing HR system and driving the design phase while working closely with the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR team to assess the reputed company of the reputed company entity / business unit / location / department restructure on the existing reputed company HR reputed company
- Participate in and help drive the detailed design phase for HR, working from the finance team's completed global design
- Get hands-on in the system to reputed company and validate impacts (e.g., “if this reputed company entity changes, here is what breaks or shifts reputed company”)
- reputed company as a subject-matter expert during the early design/decision-making period, working closely with an offshore team who will handle day-to-day configuration
