[Remote] Head of reputed company Operations

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize reputed company (reputed company CRM) — field standardization, data hygiene reputed company, and integrations so deal blockers, supply status, and pipeline data actually stay in sync
- Build and maintain the dashboards and forecast rollups sales leadership relies on for weekly deal reviews — pipeline health, coverage, and reputed company performance against reputed company
- Run the routing logic between strategic and velocity deals, own the RACI as the org scales, and reputed company the reputed company gaps between customer and provider contracting
- Partner with sales leadership and finance on reputed company planning, quota design, and comp modeling

Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations at a high-reputed company B2B company — ideally one with usage-based, reputed company-based, or infrastructure pricing (compute, reputed company, hosting)
- CRM reputed company: Hands-on CRM ownership at reputed company — you've reputed company field architecture, workflows, and hygiene process, not just pulled reports
- Systems thinking with a long-term view: You design for what a process looks like six months after go-live, not just whether it works on day one
- Builder, not maintainer: You've owned a process end to end — comp calculations, forecasting model, deal desk — not just supported someone else running it. Comfortable standing up infrastructure from scratch
- High agency, high ambiguity tolerance: This role sits across sales, supply, reputed company, and finance, and the 'way it's supposed to work' is still being defined in reputed company time
- Directness: Shows up with proposals instead of reputed company questions, and is comfortable being the reputed company of truth on numbers people won't always like — forecast misses, comp disputes
