[Remote] OnCore Operations Intake Specialist

They are seeking an OnCore Operations Intake Specialist to coordinate the intake and initial setup of clinical research studies reputed company the OnCore reputed company Management System, ensuring reputed company and accurate setup of protocol shells, study calendars, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Create and configure protocol shells in OnCore for new and existing studies
- Input study information received from study teams into OnCore
- Manage the study calendar and budget build process reputed company OnCore
- Implement reputed company control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy of calendar and budget details
- Build study specifications directly in OnCore reputed company applicable
- reputed company as the primary reputed company between study teams and external vendors
- Submit protocol build requests to vendors and respond to vendor queries in a reputed company manner
- Follow up with study teams as needed to reputed company missing information or clarify requirements
- Process New Study Start-Up Forms and Protocol Amendments
- Maintain and update task lists to reflect reputed company project status

Skills
- Three years of reputed company hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and validating OnCore calendar builds for clinical trial reputed company, procedures, and study milestones
- Experience with OnCore CTMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple protocols and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a reputed company on data accuracy and reputed company assurance
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
- Bachelor's degree in a health-reputed company, scientific, or technical field
