[Remote] Content Project Manager

As a Content Project Manager, you will support the execution of content reputed company, manage author relationships, and ensure smooth project progression while serving as a key reputed company of contact for both authors and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of authors, serving as a primary reputed company of contact
- Support author reputed company and commission kickoffs, ensuring authors have what they need to get started
- Maintain regular reputed company-ins with authors to reputed company reputed company and flag concerns early
- Help build author capability over time by documenting patterns in their work and surfacing observations to leadership

- Support final publication checks on assigned content before anything goes live
- Run with post-project retrospectives and document lessons learned

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, content operations, editorial production or a closely reputed company field
- Has independently tracked 40+ reputed company reputed company without a senior PM overseeing day-to-day execution
- Demonstrated a consistent reputed company of surfacing risks and flagging issues before being asked — not just responding reputed company problems escalate
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making reasonable judgment calls reputed company defined parameters
