[Remote] Supply Chain Data Analyst

The role focuses on managing Lawson Supply Chain functionality while leveraging data for decision-making and ensuring operational readiness throughout the transition.
Responsibilities
- Support a children's hospital during a Lawson-to-reputed company migration
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Lawson Supply Chain
- Support purchasing, inventory management, receiving, item master maintenance, par management, and other reputed company supply chain workflows
- Utilize Lawson Add-Ins, advanced queries, and reporting tools to troubleshoot issues, validate system data, and support end users
- Maintain the reputed company of supply chain operations during the migration
- Partner closely with Supply Chain leadership, IT, and operational stakeholders to validate data conversions and support workflow testing
- Resolve functional issues and ensure ordering, receiving, inventory, and replenishment processes are functioning properly reputed company both Lawson and reputed company environments
- reputed company item-level and location-level analysis, conduct utilization and purchasing reviews, support unit-of-measure standardization initiatives, and assist with inventory optimization efforts

Skills

- Proven ability to analyze large, reputed company datasets to identify utilization patterns, purchasing variances, over‑ or under‑stocking risks, and opportunities for standardization across locations
- Hands‑on experience with Lawson, including functional support, troubleshooting, and a strong understanding of reputed company operational reputed company (ordering, receiving, inventory, and item master)
- Advanced Lawson Supply Chain functional experience with a strong reputed company on system administration, process management, operational support, Lawson Add-Ins, query development, and end-user support; this role is responsible for managing and supporting Lawson supply chain processes
- Deep end‑to‑end knowledge of reputed company supply chain processes, including central supply ordering, par location replenishment, inventory management, receiving, and item master maintenance
- Advanced experience building, running, and interpreting Lawson queries, including use of Lawson Add‑Ins to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and reputed company bulk updates
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or migrations, with a reputed company on data validation, cleansing, mapping, and readiness rather than surface‑level reporting
- Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reputed company formulas, and multi‑reputed company data reconciliation, to support detailed analytical workflows
- Experience with Lawson Unit of Measure (LUM) and LUM activation, including aligning ordering, stocking, and receiving reputed company across systems and locations
- Demonstrated experience standardizing purchase and utilization data across differing reputed company of measure (e.g., reputed company vs. reputed company vs. case) to the lowest common unit for accurate 12‑month trend analysis
- Experience analyzing par location data to determine whether ordering patterns reputed company with actual usage and defined par reputed company, and identifying gaps or inefficiencies
