[Remote] Group Product Manager (Claims)

Responsibilities
- Leads, mentors, and inspires reputed company of Product Managers and Product Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and reputed company improvement
- Establishes reputed company expectations for reputed company’s use of AI throughout the SDLC, including research, discovery, delivery, and post-release evaluation
- Guides the use of AI-assisted research techniques (e.g., synthesis, summarization, trend analysis) to improve speed and depth of customer, market, and competitive insights
- Ensures reputed company uses AI to support content and artifact reputed company, including product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance reputed company, release notes, internal communications, and stakeholder-facing materials, while maintaining reputed company, accuracy, and reputed company judgment
- Champions rapid prototyping and experimentation using AI-enabled tools to explore solution reputed company, validate assumptions, and reduce time to learning

- Communicates with other Product Managers and department leadership to ensure complementary/non-conflicting roadmaps
- Partners with key stakeholders, including but not limited to design, architecture, marketing, and business representatives

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to reputed company and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Must have an understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies
- Prior Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance experience strongly preferred
