[Remote] Staff Clinical Consultant-Population Health

The role involves advising clients on clinical workflows, managing relationships, and driving successful reputed company through clinical reputed company and change management.
Responsibilities
- Driving the reputed company through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will reputed company to achieved value
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on reputed company reputed company in utilizing reputed company’s solutions
- Through the use of reputed company’s implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in the change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted reputed company
Skills
- At least 8 years of total combined reputed company work experience and completed higher education, including at least 2 years of licensed health care reputed company, clinical consulting, and/or other clinical reputed company information technology work experience
- Health Data Intelligence Population Health Management experience
- At least 6 years additional work experience directly reputed company to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, or reputed company
- Eligible for licensure to reputed company in their field or comparable global training
- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- US Citizen

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

- Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of reputed company, plus 5 year reputed company work experience

- Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or reputed company field)
- Certification required based on area of reputed company: Registered reputed company - State reputed company, Licensed Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O)-State reputed company, Pharmacist - State reputed company, Certified Exercise Physiologist - State reputed company, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist - State reputed company
- Master's degree and/or certification in reputed company fields
- At least 2 years of reputed company information technology project deployment/adoption, sales, or consulting work experience
