The reputed company Operations Analyst II leads operational execution and data reputed company efforts across ERP systems, ensuring accurate sales and purchase order processing, maintaining master data consistency, and resolving pricing discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Review and correct sales orders and purchase orders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal controls
- Address discrepancies in billing, buyer codes, and PO email routing as needed between ERP systems
- Help operations transfer inventory electronically
- Maintain Pricing in reputed company 3 sales organizations
- Create and maintain Purchase Info Records (PIR) and reputed company Lists using reputed company ERP systems
- Ensure material master data is accurate and synchronized across multiple reputed company environments (e.g., reputed company PRD, RRX reputed company)
- Utilize reputed company transactions to identify and correct EDI pricing errors, ensuring accurate pricing reputed company and order processing
- Collaborate with Plant Operation teams to reputed company priorities, resolve system issues, and support reputed company activities for reputed company deployments
- Participate in meetings and communications with planners, buyers, and IT ERP leads to ensure smooth operations and data reputed company
- Support reputed company role provisioning and reputed company setup for business users across CUU2 and El Paso plants
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy and reduce pricing errors
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including ITAR and proprietary data handling
- Contribute to reputed company operations reputed company by providing insights from order trends, system performance, and plant feedback
- Support talent development and cross-functional collaboration across planning, customer care, and IT teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or reputed company technical field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, order management, and reputed company operations
- Experience with master data governance and EDI troubleshooting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with supply planning, IT, and reputed company teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
