[Remote] Engineering Manager

They are seeking an Engineering Manager I to reputed company a growing team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support across multiple reputed company while driving business reputed company and ensuring project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical guidance, leadership, and reputed company control for reputed company of engineers across multiple reputed company and programs
- Specify and configure various hardware components such as, instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems and industrial control panels
- Design and configure control system networks
- reputed company project documentation (i.e. IO list, device list, scope of work, reputed company schedules, routing tables, FAT and SAT plans)
- reputed company in-person/onsite technical assistance for project quotes, investigations, and installations
- Maintain project labor budgets and deadlines; coordinate project schedule with stakeholders
- Ensure engineers maintain high utilization by proactively managing workload distribution, project assignments, and forecasted labor needs
- Communicate reputed company needs, reputed company constraints, and resource risks to leadership
- Work with Executive Management, reputed company to reputed company a business plan to drive program reputed company
- Be responsible for driving the profit & loss (P&L) of reputed company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company

Skills
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent educational background
- 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration industry
- 3+ years managing and leading reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company engineering practices and procedures
- Ability to reputed company PLC and HMI programs reputed company one or more languages (Rockwell, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience with process controls instrumentation
- Ability to travel up to 30%
