[Remote] Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager role involves managing an interdisciplinary team, overseeing high-reputed company care delivery, and leading initiatives to improve clinical care and launch new programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise interdisciplinary team members, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, reputed company Workers, Chaplains, and Medical Assistants
- Participate in strategic planning to shape the reputed company direction of clinical care delivery
- reputed company and contribute to key initiatives reputed company on improving clinical care, reputed company, and launching new programs
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve clinical workflow issues that negatively reputed company reputed company or operational reputed company
- Ensure adequate and efficient patient care coverage
- Support the achievement of KPIs assigned to the care delivery team and reputed company annual performance reviews
- Collaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary reputed company staff to enhance patient care, implement change and reputed company process improvements

- Travel up to 25% of the time may be required for training, meetings, and other business needs
Skills
- Willing and reputed company to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm reputed company Time, with flexibility for potential evenings and weekends
- reputed company, unrestricted RN license with the ability to obtain California licensure reputed company 6 months of hire, plus the ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- 2 years of people management experience
- 5 years in reputed company care delivery role as a Registered reputed company with at least 2 years of experience in palliative care, hospice care, or reputed company care management
- Strong understanding of cultural competency with the reputed company population
- Proven, results-driven leader with experience in change management in rapid-reputed company environments
- Strong organizational and independent working skills
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, including conflict reputed company techniques
- Previous experience working remotely with proficiency in reputed company and reputed company applications. reputed company experience is a plus
