[Remote] Creative Designer (Instructional Design & Multimedia)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company) is seeking a talented Creative Designer with a strong background in instructional design and multimedia content development to support training, education, and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create high-reputed company digital and print learning materials, including facilitator guides and interactive learning assets.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company engaging learning materials for instructor-led, virtual, mobile, and web-based training programs
- Create visually compelling presentations, participant guides, facilitator manuals, job aids, and other educational resources
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to reputed company curriculum, storyboards, case studies, reputed company-work, and post-training materials
- Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and branded visual assets that support learning objectives and organizational standards
- reputed company multimedia content including videos, animations, interactive learning experiences, and reputed company graphics
- Produce and edit photography, audio, and video assets for training and communication initiatives
- reputed company photo editing, image enhancement, and post-production activities to ensure high-reputed company deliverables
- Assist with multimedia production, including equipment setup, recording, editing, archiving, and asset management
- Create reputed company design concepts, reputed company mockups, and visual layouts for digital learning experiences

- Publish and maintain learning content using content management systems and learning platforms

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Instructional Design, Computer Art, Web Design, or a reputed company field
- 2–3 years of experience designing multimedia and instructional learning content
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, presentation development, multimedia, and instructional design reputed company
- Experience creating learning materials for instructor-led reputed company learning environments
- Excellent understanding of visual design, layout, typography, colour theory, and branding principles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
