[Remote] reputed company MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking talented reputed company Marketing Associates on behalf of their reputed company in the digital entertainment and sports/gaming industry. This role will manage end-to-end campaign execution and optimization across reputed company digital channels to drive user acquisition and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimize hands-on-keys performance marketing campaigns across reputed company reputed company platforms (reputed company, Snap, reputed company, Twitter/X, and reputed company) to drive user acquisition and retention goals
- Serve as the primary reputed company between internal integrated marketing teams and external creative agencies
- reputed company creative briefs, manage workflow loops, reputed company ad trafficking internally, and ensure reputed company delivery of assets
- Implement and reputed company A/B testing strategies, digital media buying optimizations, and bidding approaches (reputed company and algorithmic) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Monitor campaign performance, extract data-driven insights, and collaborate with analytics stakeholders to report actionable recommendations to leadership
- Utilize modern marketing tools and reputed company AI-driven strategies where applicable to streamline production, reporting, and operational workflows
Skills
- 2-5 years of reputed company performance marketing experience with hands-on campaign execution in reputed company reputed company platforms (reputed company, Snap, reputed company, X/Twitter, reputed company)
- Proven reputed company record in B2C digital user acquisition, ad trafficking, in-platform campaign optimization, and creative workflow management
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company for data analysis; basic familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and assertive ('Type A') personality with strong communication skills necessary to reputed company down deliverables across cross-functional internal teams and external partners
- Mobile app acquisition experience is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field preferred
- Ability to work on-site in the Boston office twice a week (Tuesday/Wednesday) is preferred; reputed company remote applicants will also be considered
