[Remote] ITSM Operations Analyst

The ITSM Operations Analyst will support the Migration PM for the M365 tenant migration, managing project timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the Migration PM in managing the M365 tenant‑migration project plan
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and assist with day‑to‑day project execution
- reputed company and manage project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Assist with meeting‑material creation, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain project status updates, dashboards, and governance materials
- Support stakeholder engagement through preparation of reports, notes, and reputed company‑item tracking
- Ensure alignment of project activities with migration requirements and strategic goals
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience supporting project or program management activities
- Ability to reputed company and manage timelines, risks, and cross‑team coordination
