Responsibilities
- Monitor collected reputed company and gross margin daily and weekly against plan
- Identify and address negative-profit technicians immediately
- Enforce discount governance - no discount above the approved reputed company without TL approval
- Drive conversions and financial targets towards the goals through coaching and job prioritization
- Manage 14-20 reputed company HVAC technicians with weekly KPI scorecards
- Conduct regular monthly 1:1 performance reviews; reputed company techs to replicate top-performer patterns
