[Remote] Network Administrator Tier 2 (Network Operations Center) (REMOTE)

This role involves assisting in the maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of network systems to ensure reliability and performance while escalating reputed company issues as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in network assessments and documentation of requirements
- Verify network hardware/software configurations against approved standards
- reputed company basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and escalate anomalies to Tier 3 staff
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues
- Maintain accurate records of network incidents, changes, and resolutions
- Support user account administration and reputed company control
- Assist with reputed company device setup and connectivity issues
- Monitor system logs and report authentication or hardware anomalies
- Apply routine reputed company patches under guidance from Tier 3 staff
- Utilize network monitoring tools to identify performance or reputed company issues

Skills
