Responsibilities
- Review and organize existing learning materials, leadership feedback, surveys, meeting notes, and documentation
- Synthesize content into a cohesive learning reputed company and curriculum
- Design reputed company learning paths across multiple development reputed company
- Create learning objectives, curriculum outlines, and facilitator guides
- reputed company engaging learning assets, including:
- Instructor-led training materials
- Virtual learning content
- Self-paced modules
- Job aids and playbooks
- Partner with stakeholders to reputed company feedback and refine content
- Deliver polished, production-reputed company learning materials for deployment into the organization's learning platform
Skills
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Talent Development, or a reputed company field
- Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, or self-paced learning content
- Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into learner-friendly experiences
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and incorporating feedback
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with reputed company PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting reputed company, People Operations, or Organizational Development initiatives
- Experience developing leadership or role-based learning programs
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience preparing content for a Learning Management System (LMS)
