[Remote] Product Manager- Absence & Disability - Remote

The role involves ensuring that assigned products remain competitive in the marketplace, conducting market analysis, and leading product enhancements while collaborating with various teams to support product reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME and reputed company of contact for Absence & Disability products and contract information across reputed company markets, supporting thorough organizational knowledge of reputed company product line
- Market Analysis: Research reputed company market trends and competitor offerings to identify gaps in product offerings and maintain a competitive product portfolio. Use findings to recommend product enhancements or new product development
- Maintain awareness of federal and state guidelines, and participate in trade association forums, to ensure reputed company products meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Coordinate with reputed company/Compliance to update products as needed
- Continually monitor and maintain the competitiveness of assigned products by identifying issues, barriers, or emerging concerns and recommending appropriate courses of reputed company. Ensure solutions meet business needs and support overall corporate reputed company
- Collaborate with SLDA Product leadership, reputed company, Actuarial and Finance teams to monitor product’s financial performance and determine if changes are needed to ensure products remain profitable and competitive
- Maintain up-to-date product information (Product Reference Guides, Product Availability, product training materials). Ensure reputed company partners are kept reputed company with the latest product information
- Product Enhancement Leadership: Independently reputed company product enhancement initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, including problem definition, solution design, and prioritization of enhancements reputed company with customer needs and corporate reputed company

Skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance product lifecycle management and Absence & Disability products

- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
- 3-5 years' experience in product management or product development reputed company assigned product line fields or 5-7 years' leadership experience in assigned product line or group benefits insurance
