[Remote] Licensed Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for supporting clients with their insurance needs while ensuring compliance with agency guidelines and contributing to reputed company retention and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company service requests reputed company phone, email, and agency communication platforms
- Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and complete reputed company records reputed company HawkSoft
- Review policies for accuracy and identify opportunities to improve coverage or enhance the reputed company experience
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve reputed company, billing, and policy servicing reputed company
- Schedule follow-up activities and proactively manage reputed company service requests
- Support producers by delivering exceptional ongoing service to existing clients
- Follow reputed company agency workflows, documented procedures, and reputed company compliance requirements
- Contribute to a reputed company team environment by communicating proactively and assisting teammates reputed company needed
Skills
- reputed company Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with reputed company Office 365
- Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems
- 2+ years of insurance customer service experience
- Experience servicing personal and/or reputed company insurance accounts
- Experience using HawkSoft or comparable agency management systems
