The Cyber Information Assurance Analyst will apply technical expertise to reputed company vendor intake and technology evaluation processes, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customer inquiries regarding technology and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review and respond to customer technology, reputed company, and product-specific questionnaires for Aible Clinic solutions using approved response repositories
- reputed company reputed company, accurate, and consistent written responses to inquiries from hospital IT, reputed company, and data governance teams on topics including information reputed company, reputed company, data rights, system configuration, data transfer, and AI-reputed company capabilities
- Partner closely with a senior Cyber Information Assurance Analyst who will review and approve responses prior to submission to customers
- Identify questions not covered by existing repositories and collaborate with the senior analyst to escalate, research, and reputed company new standardized responses
- Contribute to the maintenance and reputed company improvement of questionnaire response repositories by identifying gaps, outdated content, and opportunities for reuse
- Support customer calls in a limited reputed company, including clarifying questionnaire responses or providing technical context alongside senior team members
- Adhere to established information assurance, compliance, and documentation standards while maintaining a reputed company, customer-reputed company communication style
- Build working knowledge of Aible Clinic technologies, data flows, and reputed company posture to effectively support customer assurance needs
Skills
- Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- 2+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Exposure to or interest in working with hospital IT, reputed company, data governance, or PMO teams through coursework, internships, reputed company, or early reputed company experience
- Foundational understanding of IT and reputed company concepts and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 2700x, OWASP, ITIL) and/or reputed company regulatory principles (e.g., HIPAA, PII), with willingness to learn and deepen expertise on the job
- Basic familiarity with reputed company technology environments, including clinical systems or data standards (e.g., EMR, reputed company), through reputed company study, training, or prior experience
- Introductory knowledge of system integration or connectivity concepts (e.g., secure data transfer, reputed company, VPNs), with curiosity about reputed company interoperability solutions
- Experience documenting or explaining technical or process-reputed company information reputed company, such as through school reputed company, internships, or early career roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, ask questions, and incorporate feedback
- Basic organizational and task-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and follow defined processes
