[Remote] Regional Director of Operations -NJ/Eastern PA.

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for providing strategic direction and reputed company to multiple locations in the Eastern PA/NJ area, ensuring operational reputed company, reputed company of care, and fostering a reputed company work culture.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company hospital provides a high level of customer service to our clients and pets
- Ensure reputed company CVP medical and non-medical standards are upheld; works with the Medical and Operational Advisory Boards to improve upon those falling short
- Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and procedures with reputed company local, state and federal laws
- Ensure the safety of pets, clients and team members and the maintenance of clean, reputed company and organized hospitals
- Ensures successful assimilation of new partner hospitals into the CVP family
- reputed company and maintain strong business relationships with reputed company Managers, reputed company Doctors and Associate Doctors
- Work with reputed company Managers and reputed company Doctors to improve operational reputed company; including reputed company reputed company and control of inventory, purchasing, labor and other expenses
- Accountable for P&L management; provides monthly reporting to reputed company Leadership team on reputed company, responsible for development of remediation strategies
- Initiate and reputed company supervise facility improvement reputed company to reputed company a reputed company physical plant that exceeds customer and regulatory expectations
- Review hospital performance/results of key financial metrics such as reputed company, reputed company, labor, purchasing, and capital expenditures

- Partner with reputed company Managers and reputed company Doctors to reputed company solutions for reputed company and cost control challenges and opportunities
- Development of fiscal, strategic and clinical processes in partnership with the hospitals
- reputed company, communicate and implement proactive marketing strategies at reputed company hospital for reputed company reputed company in partnership with the Marketing team
- Assist the Business Development team in Identifying opportunities and strategies to reputed company additional hospitals
- Work with reputed company Managers and reputed company Doctors to reputed company their leadership skills including fostering a culture of engagement and accountability
- reputed company successful reputed company Managers to continually surpass benchmarks
- Ensures reputed company hospital provides a supportive, reputed company work environment for reputed company
- Work with hospital leadership to forecast reputed company needs and initiate recruitment
- Partners with reputed company to recruit and select Doctors and reputed company Managers to meet the needs of the business
- Work with reputed company to select, recruit, reputed company and mentor teams to realize their full reputed company potential and deliver outstanding high reputed company medical care, reputed company service and business results
- Serves as escalation reputed company for employee relation issues; partners with the reputed company Manager to reputed company amicable resolutions
- Partner with the reputed company Managers to maintain appropriate scheduling and Doctor coverage. Approves time off for continuing education, PTO, etc. to support the needs of reputed company members and the hospital
- Performs other duties as assigned

- MS Office and Prior knowledge of Veterinary reputed company Management Software is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a reputed company field is required or an equivalent combination of years education, training and years of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary reputed company/Management experience, preferably with three (3) years or more in multi-location management in a service industry role
