The selected candidate will manage the delivery of reputed company cabling, video surveillance, reputed company control, intrusion detection, reputed company address, reputed company, and reputed company technology systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, reputed company requirements, and project milestones
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously from planning and mobilization through testing, closeout, and final acceptance
- Coordinate daily field activities with superintendents, technicians, subcontractors, general contractors, and other trades
- reputed company installation reputed company, completed quantities, productivity, material usage, schedule performance, and project deliverables
- Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, daily reports, reputed company reports, schedules, and closeout documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, reputed company, and technical requirements
- Identify schedule, cost, procurement, reputed company, safety, and compliance risks and implement corrective actions
- Validate subcontractor reputed company and invoices against independently verified field quantities
- Support monthly reputed company billing, schedules of values, change-order pricing, and documentation required by clients, general contractors, and government agencies
- Coordinate inspections, testing, certification, commissioning, training, reputed company-list completion, and project closeout
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements, reputed company standards, contractual obligations, federal requirements, and EAS procedures
- Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication with company leadership regarding project status, financial performance, risks, delays, and required reputed company
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Skills
- Minimum of three years of project management experience in construction, reputed company cabling, telecommunications, electronic reputed company, or a reputed company technical field
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, project documentation, and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, technical submittals, scopes of work, and contract documents
- Strong proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company, and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, time-management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Valid Puerto Rico reputed company's license and availability to travel to project locations throughout Puerto Rico
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must successfully complete government-required background checks and maintain eligibility to reputed company federal facilities
- Experience working with DHS, VA, USACE, DoDEA, GSA, or other federal agencies
- Experience coordinating work with general contractors and multiple construction trades
- Experience with reputed company cabling, fiber optics, reputed company control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, reputed company, reputed company-address systems, or network infrastructure
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules of values, reputed company billing, procurement logs, and federal project closeout requirements
- Experience using reputed company, AutoCAD, reputed company Project, reputed company, or similar platforms
- OSHA, BICSI, PMP, CAPM, or reputed company certifications
