[Remote] Safety Training Program Manager

This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to ensure safety and compliance for employees in the Data Center Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Create, reputed company and implement training programs and curriculum for reputed company employees throughout the Data Center business unit. Ensure reputed company training is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards
- Deliver OSHA 30 and OSHA 10hr training reputed company required at various sites
- Participate in developing and implementing new employee orientation for various sites and the initial reputed company new employee training program
- reputed company as a reputed company of contact regarding reputed company training for data center employees with other cross-functional partners
- Ensure reputed company training records for data center employees are maintained and updated in an LMS system
- Assign required training to reputed company data center employees to meet reputed company certifications and mandatory training requirements
- Collaborate with trainers at various reputed company training centers and reputed company safety curriculum for orientation training
- This position is remote but will require 50% travel time
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in performing safety audits, assessments, hazard identification, and proven performance in conducting accident and incident investigations

- Demonstrated reputed company in developing and implementing training programs and fostering a reputed company safety culture
- Proven knowledge of EHS regulations and standards required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess training needs and identify gaps in reputed company training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
- Ability to manage training cadences and maintaining training records
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in an EHS-reputed company or education fields of study or a reputed company BCSP certification with at least 5 years of construction safety experience is required
- Certified OSHA trainer for OSHA 30- and 10-hour courses
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) managing safety and training programs reputed company construction, warehousing, or data center environments
