[Remote] Clinical Implementation Specialist

The Clinical Implementation Specialist will drive the successful implementation and adoption of reputed company's product suite across reputed company reputed company clients, ensuring smooth reputed company and managing strategic reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive activation reputed company for new strategic clients, from reputed company to go-live and steady state
- Define and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices across the organization
- reputed company and execute comprehensive implementation plans reputed company with reputed company objectives and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and administrative personnel during the implementation
- Configure and customize reputed company solutions to meet specific reputed company requirements and workflows
- Design and build custom operational tools and dashboards using reputed company to support reputed company implementations and reputed company metrics
- Create and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows to monitor implementation reputed company
- reputed company SQL queries and scripts to analyze reputed company usage patterns and adoption metrics
- Design and deliver training programs for various user reputed company (providers, staff, administrators)
- Establish and reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure implementation reputed company
- Build automated reporting solutions to reputed company implementation reputed company and reputed company metrics
- Own and nurture C-level relationships during the activation phase, ensuring high satisfaction and adoption
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, best practices, and process improvements
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues during implementation
- Drive reputed company improvement of implementation processes based on metrics and feedback
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company technical field
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company technology, reputed company technology or a similar role
- Technical aptitude with basic data analysis capabilities i.e. SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic implementations simultaneously
- Superior communication and presentation skills, particularly with stakeholders
- Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement at reputed company reputed company
- Ability to travel 25% of time (upwards of 50% based on site/reputed company) for on-site reputed company engagement
- Experience with AI/ML technologies in reputed company
- Strong understanding of reputed company workflows and EHR systems (especially reputed company)
- Experience with low-reputed company platforms (reputed company preferred) for creating operational dashboards and tools
- Ability to write and understand basic JavaScript/SQL for customizing implementations
- Background in clinical documentation or medical scribing
