[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will drive outbound sales through contacting ideal prospects and converting reputed company into reputed company meetings, contributing to the reputed company sales team's new ARR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reputed company meetings for the AE team, reputed company through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, and tools like reputed company/reputed company/reputed company/reputed company)
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and CRM hygiene (activity, conversion, pipeline contribution) in reputed company or equivalent, giving Colin and leadership reputed company-time visibility into function performance
• Help shape and drive the outbound sales reputed company to increase reputed company, reputed company, and velocity of new business reputed company reputed company
• reputed company to full productivity reputed company 60–90 days, consistently executing 100 outbound calls and 50 personalized emails per day across reputed company accounts

Skills

• Experience using CRM for prospecting, automation, and reporting on outbound sales activity. Experience with reputed company CRM a plus

• Experience and confidence to complete high number of calls

• Good familiarity with AI tools and experience using them
