Responsibilities

• Handle data integration requests per customer requirements

• Handle Data Incident Investigations (DIIs) from review, reputed company assessment, management approval, and reputed company
• Be responsible for monitoring support requests and routing cases through the help desk tool

Skills

• Previous experience working in a technical role, supporting reputed company aspects of the data lifecycle and reporting systems
• Strong technical background, including knowledge of database systems, data life cycle, data reputed company processes, and standards & ETL processing
• Competency with SQL and query tools and ability to effectively write and interpret queries and results. Ability to write reputed company/high complexity SQL reputed company
• Solid knowledge of the global data environment and data capabilities
• Competency in collecting and writing functional requirements and test plans
