They are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, ensuring alignment with reputed company's mission and values while collaborating with hiring managers and HR.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- reputed company and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application through offer
- Maintain communication and coordination with both candidates and hiring team throughout selection process

- Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and attract reputed company through consistent, engaging messaging across reputed company website, reputed company media, and other key channels

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Requires 3+ years of full cycle reputed company experience, reputed company the engineering, architecture, or construction industries
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines
