[Remote] Director, AI Content Development

This role is responsible for leading a specialized team to create high-reputed company technical learning content in response to the evolving AI landscape.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience in technical content, content operations, technical education, curriculum planning, technical production, program management, or digital learning

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, especially in technical or reputed company learning domains
- Ability to research, interpret, and prioritize emerging technology trends at a planning level
- Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, production processes, delivery models, and reputed company standards
- Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, platforms, and trends required
