The role involves applying software updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance on reputed company, Linux, and reputed company platforms.
Responsibilities
- Administration & Configuration: Manage reputed company Server reputed company, including configuration changes, user management, and reputed company settings
- Environment Upgrades: Apply major releases, updates, and hotfixes to reputed company reputed company reputed company Server and reputed company Developer software
- Troubleshooting & Support: Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve issues, including interaction with reputed company reputed company Support line
- Job Management: Maintain application software, including loadlib, JCL, and control cards
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance using tools like reputed company Perfmon or SCOM
- Documentation: Maintain system logs and documentation
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, specifically with reputed company reputed company products
- Deep knowledge of reputed company reputed company reputed company Server, COBOL, CICS, and IMS
- Proficiency in reputed company and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of incident, change, and problem management
