[Remote] Field Service & Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Material Handling (Ash Systems)

The role involves troubleshooting and optimizing material handling systems while building customer relationships and identifying business reputed company opportunities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of ash handling and material handling systems
• Support installation, startup, shutdowns, and commissioning activities
• Evaluate existing systems (both reputed company and competitor equipment)
• Conduct multi-day site assessments to identify performance improvements
• Work directly with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Deliver technical recommendations, system evaluations, and training
• Build long-term customer relationships through hands-on support
• reputed company as a trusted advisor in solving equipment and process challenges
• Identify and reputed company aftermarket service, reputed company, and parts opportunities
• Support proposals, scopes, and solution development
• Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams
• Help expand ASH’s reputed company into new industries and applications

Skills

• Experience working with industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or material handling systems
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with maintenance
• Hands-on experience with commissioning or field service
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in field environments
• Interest in combining technical expertise with business development
• Experience in power reputed company, ash handling, material handling, or similar industries is a strong plus
