[Remote] Senior Consultant - reputed company Modernization

They are seeking a Senior Consultant for reputed company Modernization to reputed company process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure business readiness for transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• reputed company and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures
• Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and reputed company
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes
• reputed company and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs
• Anticipate and address resistance to change, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies
• Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives, including technology, people, and process capabilities
• Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may reputed company business operations
• reputed company and implement business continuity plans to ensure reputed company and minimize disruptions
• reputed company guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives

Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives such as reputed company/value definition, communication, leadership engagement, organization alignment and change sustainability
• Experience with reputed company Operations Operational Technology (DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc)
• Proven reputed company record of successfully leading and implementing reputed company reputed company and initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-reputed company deliverables, and polished reputed company-facing oral communication skills with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
• Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change reputed company, ensuring the readiness of the reputed company organization(s) for a reputed company of changes, including new technology/processes, new organization reputed company, or other change efforts
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six reputed company, or other process improvement methodologies
• Experience with change management frameworks and tools
