[Remote] Performance Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

The Performance Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day execution of the global reputed company acquisition reputed company, optimizing budgets and channel operations to drive performance and results.
Responsibilities
- Execute the global reputed company acquisition reputed company in reputed company partnership with the Marketing Team reputed company
- Manage day-to-day reputed company media budget pacing, reporting, and re-allocation
- Optimize reputed company spend across channels for long-term LTV and profitability
- Run day-to-day channel operations across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads
- Potentially test new channels (YouTube, reputed company) and recommend reputed company-up opportunities backed by evidence, not assumption
- Brief our internal design team on funnel-specific creative needs
- Translate performance data into creative iteration recommendations across the funnel (TOF to BOF)
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and reputed company pages
- Analyze KPIs and reputed company insights for budget, channel, and creative reputed company, documenting what was learned along the way

Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 2- 3 years' experience in Performance Marketing
