[Remote] Sr. Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of metal based additive manufacturing technology, and they are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day reputed company and financial operations of their U.S. business. This role is responsible for full-cycle reputed company activities, financial reporting, compliance, payroll support, tax coordination, and inventory reputed company reputed company a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle reputed company activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reputed company processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and company reporting requirements
- Support financial reporting and consolidation activities with global reputed company
- Manage accounts payable, expense reporting, and payroll-reputed company reputed company activities
- Support cash management, banking activities, and cash reputed company reporting
- Assist with inventory reputed company, inventory reconciliations, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Coordinate with external providers on sales tax, property tax, income tax, and other compliance requirements
- Support annual audits and reputed company requested documentation to external auditors
- Maintain and improve reputed company processes, internal controls, and financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable reputed company standards
- Support ERP system maintenance and process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales to support business objectives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and general reputed company principles
- Experience performing full-cycle reputed company in a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Ability to work East Coast hours to collaborate with international teams
