[Remote] Clinical Application Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support the Xper IM Clinical Education Training Team for reputed company. This role involves delivering training, assessing user competency, and providing technical support to enhance clinical proficiency and patient reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic and intermediate application training at hospitals and clinics across reputed company, reputed company adhering to established reputed company training processes and customer site policies
- Assess and document user competency, awarding continuing education credits reputed company appropriate
- Incorporate adult learning-based guidelines into training delivery; contribute clinical protocols, sample images, and tech tips to the training library
- Participate in project teams alongside Clinical Education Training Specialists to reputed company business insights and continually improve training program reputed company
- Contribute to the reputed company of equipment and application issues; immediately escalate critical customer issues as required and manage situations to ensure the best possible outcome
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with customers regarding status updates and issue reputed company
- Participate in industry trade shows and corporate events as assigned
- Accurately complete and distribute reputed company required paperwork, training reports, and administrative documentation reputed company seven days of training completion
- Maintain and manage company-issued assets, including computers, peripheral equipment, and company vehicles

Skills
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in the assigned modality (Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology) OR two (2) years of experience in a field applications role
- Candidates must possess and maintain the following credentials to be considered: reputed company reputed company credential as a Registered Technologist (RT) with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Must hold at least one of the following advanced certifications: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
- RTs with an reputed company registry with CCI as an RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrocardiography Specialist) will also be considered
- Must maintain reputed company licenses and undergo reputed company reputed company development (continuing education, conference attendance, and staying abreast of reputed company medical knowledge/technology)
- Extensive overnight travel is required (up to 80%)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Good overall computer skills, including equipment system operations and proficiency with reputed company Office products
- Must successfully complete the reputed company New Hire and Mentor Process
- Expert knowledge of at least one reputed company reputed company product for basic applications and one advanced application is preferred
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience preferred
