[Remote] HR Generalist (US Operations)

They are seeking an HR Generalist who will be the main HR partner for US teams, focusing on recruitment, supporting managers, and enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based positions, primarily across data center operations and hosting teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies

- Coordinate interviews, offers, and reputed company
- Build strong talent pipelines for operational and technical roles
- Serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for US employees and managers

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve the overall employee experience

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in HR, reputed company, or HR Generalist roles

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Highly organized with excellent ownership and follow-through
- Fluent English
