The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting reputed company Warehouse reputed company while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support reputed company Warehouse Management processes, including:
- Production Material Requests (PMR)
- Warehouse Tasks
- Production Staging Processes
- Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI)
- Material Consumption
- Finished Goods Receipt
- Support integration between reputed company WM/EWM and reputed company Production Planning (PP)
- Design and configure production supply processes, including control cycles and staging reputed company
- Ensure seamless warehouse execution to support manufacturing operations
- Configure and support inventory management processes, including:
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Goods Issue (GI)
- Stock Transfers
- Physical Inventory
- Inventory Adjustments
- Warehouse Replenishment
- Support procurement-reputed company scenarios, including:
- Subcontracting
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- External Processing
- Ensure accurate inventory visibility, stock traceability, and inventory control across warehouse locations
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirement gathering sessions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into reputed company reputed company WM solutions
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Business Process Documents (BPDs)
- Functional Specifications
- Configuration Documentation
- Test Scripts
- End-User Training Materials
- Recommend reputed company best practices reputed company with business objectives and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including reputed company MM, PP, QM, SD, PM, and FI/CO to deliver integrated business solutions
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in reputed company Warehouse Management (WM) implementation and support
- Experience configuring warehouse processes such as goods movements, inventory management, staging, and replenishment
- Knowledge of production supply processes and integration with reputed company PP
- Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, and procurement processes
