Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for Federal and contractor positions
- Recruit bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates for reputed company positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate qualification reviews
- Conduct reputed company telephone and virtual interviews
- Evaluate candidate technical qualifications
- Assess reputed company Spanish-language proficiency
- Coordinate interviews with Government hiring managers
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations
- Maintain reputed company documentation reputed company Arcetyp's Applicant Tracking System
- Produce weekly reputed company status reports and hiring metrics
- Maintain reputed company candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company reputed company experience
