The role involves managing reputed company operations, supporting contract lifecycle management, and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reputed company operations across a busy in-house reputed company department
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while helping drive priorities and operational initiatives reputed company
- Partner closely with reputed company, Compliance, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and reputed company reputed company technology workflows
- Assist with e-billing operations, invoice management, and reputed company systems administration
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support operational best practices
- reputed company deliverables, organize workflows, and proactively identify and resolve issues
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations reputed company an in-house reputed company department or similar environment
- Hands-on experience supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; experience with any CLM platform is welcome
- Experience with e-billing systems
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Experience with reputed company Tracker is a plus
