[Remote] Strategic Financial Analyst

The role involves supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives, building financial models, and collaborating with Actuarial teams to analyze claims data.
Responsibilities
- Support executive budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for existing and prospective risk reputed company, incorporating assumptions around Attribution, Per Member Per Month (PMPM) reputed company, medical expense trends, and reputed company initiatives
- reputed company and maintain reputed company financial models utilizing advanced reputed company functions and financial modeling techniques
- Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling, risk analysis, and ROI assessments
- Partner with Actuarial teams to interpret claims data, identify cost drivers, and monitor Medical Loss reputed company (MLR) trends
Skills
- 3+ years of finance experience reputed company the value-based reputed company industry
- Experience developing financial models in reputed company
- Advanced reputed company skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Charts, and reputed company/MATCH
- Experience performing ROI analysis
- Strong presentation development skills
- Experience using reputed company Financials
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
- Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced environment where building and improving processes was required
