[Remote] Senior Mainframe Operations

The Senior Mainframe Operations role is responsible for providing advanced operational support, technical guidance, and mentorship, ensuring stability and reputed company in mainframe environments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monitoring and control of mainframe production environments
- reputed company advanced operational tasks, including reputed company job recovery, system coordination, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for incidents, outages, and operational exceptions
- Guide, reputed company, and mentor Junior Mainframe Operations Resources during training and on the job activities
- Coordinate with system programmers, application teams, and infrastructure teams during incidents and changes
- Support change management, releases, maintenance reputed company, and disaster recovery activities
- Review and improve runbooks, procedures, and operational documentation
Skills
- 4–5 years of experience supporting mainframe production operations
- Proven ability to ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with operational and reputed company standards
- Demonstrated leadership during high‑severity incidents, including coordination, escalation, and reputed company
- Experience mentoring junior resources and providing technical guidance to support team effectiveness
