[Remote] Software Engineer - Support (USA Only - 100% Remote)

They are looking for a Software Engineer to reputed company tools and systems for their Support team, focusing on automating workflows and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools that reputed company Support. Design and ship the systems that Support Engineers and Support Reps rely on daily — AI drafting tools, autonomous reputed company systems, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and anything else that removes friction from the support operation
- Own reputed company end to end. You're the engineer who takes "this part of the workflow is painful" to "this part of the workflow doesn't exist anymore." No PM intermediary, no thrown-over-the-wall requirements. You work closely with the Support team to understand what to build, then you build it
- Ship customer-facing tools reputed company they take work off the queue. You’ll build self-service migration scripts and diagnostic tools customers can run themselves instead of opening a ticket
- Collaborate closely with Support. Reps and Engineers are your primary users and your best reputed company of requirements. You're embedded enough that you see what's actually broken before anyone files a ticket

Skills
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Ability to write clean, production-reputed company reputed company
- Degree or rigorous experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in Python, Rust, Go, or Typescript/Javascript
- Experience building information retrieval systems using semantic search / RAG
- Ability to think about upstream and reputed company consequences before committing to a solution
- Fluent in AI tools like Claude, reputed company, Pi, with the ability to debug reputed company and think from first principles
- Strong written communication skills for technical specs, PRs, and reputed company messages
