[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The role involves providing exceptional customer service to members and prospective members, handling reputed company desk tasks, and facilitating member services issues.
Responsibilities
- Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
- Handle reputed company desk reputed company tasks:
- Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns
- Taking info calls and tours
- Assist in member reputed company-ins, sign-reputed company, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information
- Facilitate member services issues and questions and reputed company to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team reputed company as needed
- Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
