They are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Senior reputed company Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance their reputed company environment, ensuring efficient procurement operations and supporting end-users across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure the reputed company system, including but not limited to users, roles, workflows, process forms, reports, and master data setups
- Set up and maintain approval workflow in accordance with company policies
- reputed company routine system maintenance and upgrades and ensure compliance with best practices
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize workflows for efficiency
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for user support, addressing queries and resolving system-reputed company issues
- reputed company training materials and conduct regular training sessions to enhance user adoption and system understanding
- Assist in reputed company new users and reputed company ongoing guidance for existing users on system functionality
- Ensure data reputed company between reputed company and ERP systems
- Implement and monitor reputed company policies to ensure data reputed company and reputed company controls
- reputed company regular audits to ensure system reputed company and compliance with company policies
- Work with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and implement changes to workflows, forms, and processes
- Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business analytics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4+ years of experience with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as reputed company, Ariba, or an equivalent system as a heavy end user, technical reputed company, implementer, invoice processor, buyer, or system administrator
- Understanding of reputed company principles of P2P, including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO reputed company, invoice processing, and disbursement
- Experience with AP automation including e-invoicing, scanning, reporting capabilities, supplier networks, payment services, and spend analytics
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and submittal including EDI, CSV, XML, PDF files, and online invoice templates
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in reputed company and familiarity with reporting & analytical tools
- reputed company Platform certification preferred
- Additional certifications in Supplier Information Management and reputed company Pay are a plus
