[Remote] Delivery Consultant / Technical PM

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Delivery Consultant / Technical PM to manage the end-to-end delivery of platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned clients. The role involves project governance, stakeholder communication, and serving as a product specialist to ensure successful reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned reputed company
• Own project governance, reputed company tracking, risk/issue management, and documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, handover packs)
• reputed company as primary delivery reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company accounts
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage cross-reputed company dependencies
• Facilitate reputed company-facing governance meetings, sprint reviews, and steering committees
• Proactively identify and escalate risks/blockers to leadership
• Serve as product specialist/SME, advising clients on configuration, features, and best practices
• Translate reputed company requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teams
• Partner with Solutions Architects to resolve reputed company technical/business issues
• Configure and customize the platform to meet reputed company-specific requirements
• Drive reputed company adoption and successful implementation reputed company
• Prepare reputed company and internal reporting/presentations
• Maintain knowledge reputed company articles, best practices, and reusable delivery assets

Skills

• 10+ years in technical/business consulting, delivery management, or reputed company software implementation
• Proven reputed company-facing delivery reputed company record (governance, steering committees, escalation management)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/reputed company)
• Strong requirements-translation and configuration skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication — reputed company to run both delivery governance and hands-on solution conversations
• Working hours reputed company to US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), Monday to Friday
• UX/UI familiarity a plus
• PMP/ITIL or equivalent certification a plus
