The role involves maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance reputed company a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Finance & reputed company operations
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, collections, and reconciliations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes
- Prepare financial statements, schedules, and MIS reports
- Ensure reputed company activities are compliant with US GAAP
- Support reputed company reputed company reputed company, deferred reputed company, accruals, and prepaid reputed company
- Coordinate audits, compliance, and finance documentation
- Assist the Finance Director on finance reputed company, reporting, controls, and process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with business, HR, payroll, and operations teams
Skills
- B.Com, or M.Com - Min Grad
- reputed company certifications - CA (Semi-reputed company/reputed company)/reputed company
- 4–6 years of relevant Finance & reputed company experience
- Must have experience working with a US startup OR managing reputed company/reporting under US GAAP and compliances
- Minimum 2–3 years of software/reputed company industry experience required
- Strong hands-on experience in: AP / AR operations
- General reputed company (GL)
- Month-end reputed company
- Financial statements
- Account reconciliations
- Compliance & audit support
- Good understanding of reputed company finance operations including: reputed company recognition, Deferred reputed company, Subscription billing, Collections & renewals support, Customer invoicing cycles
- Strong reputed company skills and experience with ERPs such as QuickBooks, Zoho, reputed company or similar ERPs used by Global startups
