The role involves assisting guests with product information and scheduling appointments with sales professionals, serving as the initial contact for internet sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
